I speak about the ways human beings adapt — biologically, psychologically and culturally — to stress, ageing, environment, change and the lives we find ourselves living.
My perspective comes from anthropology, naturopathy and more than twenty years of crossing geographical, cultural and scientific borders. I bring measurable biology into conversation with lived experience — and different ways of understanding the human being into the same room.
I lecture in English, French and Russian. I also perform stand-up, and sometimes use humour to reach places a lecture cannot.
